Certified Rolfer™
Pilates Instructor
Physiotherapist (Licensed for direct access / Alternative Practitioner for Physiotherapy)
Speaker – Body-Friendly Work Practices
In 2016, I completed my studies in physiotherapy in Cologne, and since 2017, I have been working as a Pilates instructor.
Since then, I have been working daily with people in a clinical setting, supporting individuals with a wide range of symptoms, conditions, and both acute and chronic complaints.
Through my work with patients, my desire for a more holistic form of bodywork grew—one that addresses not only symptoms but also their underlying causes, with the goal of achieving more sustainable results.
Rolfing and the Ten-Series developed by Ida Rolf impressed me early on with their structure and internal logic.
I completed my Rolfing training from 2019 to 2021 alongside my clinical work in Munich.
Since 2022, I have been working as a certified Rolfer in Berlin.
For me as a therapist, Rolfing provides the ideal framework—both in terms of time and tools—to work in a focused and individualized way with each client.
Rolfing addresses and integrates multiple levels of the human experience: the physical structure, movement patterns, and the emotional-psychological dimension.
In my practice, I aim to respond as best as possible to each client’s unique situation and needs, drawing from my full range of skills and experience.
