I place great importance on providing close guidance and hands-on support in my Pilates classes. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your body, so that you can integrate this knowledge and experience into everyday movement and sports activities.
Even a slight change in how an exercise is performed can undermine its effectiveness—or worse, reinforce harmful movement patterns.
In a small group or one-on-one setting, I can offer focused attention and ensure exercises are performed safely and correctly.
